This collection of meditations was created for the online InnerMission event in 2020 as a way for our community of advanced students to unite during times of uncertainty around the world. This four-meditation set is an invitation to those committed to this work on a journey within, emerging as unique individuals who contribute to a new consciousness — the living organism of human beings — as one mind and one heart.
Research shows that even a small group of individuals, with highly organized, coherent energy, can produce far more significant effects on the nature of reality than a very large group with less coherent energy.

This meditation starts with bringing energy into your heart and letting love in. There are two songs to pull the mind out of the body, then you will expand into the blackness, and find the place beyond the veil where energy connects all things. There, you will tune in to a new consciousness, a greater frequency, a higher level of order.

This meditation begins with opening your heart, followed by two songs to pull the mind out of the body.
