Note: This is an Advanced Meditation. Dr. Joe asks that you please practice the Blessings of the Energy Centers I - VII meditations first because each meditation builds upon the previous one.
Create harmony, health, balance, and resilience in your life, both within and without!
The purpose of the Blessing of the Energy Centers VIII is to harmonize and align your energy centers with one another and begin to create an attunement of energy between them. The hormones produced by each Energy Center are chemical messengers that influence and affect the way your body functions. When we are not in hormonal balance, there’s dis-harmony or dis-ease in the body. These hormone centers are under the control of the autonomic nervous system - which means you don’t control them with your conscious mind.
During this meditation, Dr. Joe will guide you in slowing your brain waves down into low levels of alpha and then theta to open the door between the conscious and subconscious worlds. Then you can begin to influence the autonomic functions of each Energy Center and the field around your body. He will work with you to create harmony within each center, and then harmonize each of the centers with one another. As you begin to harmonize and then influence these individual fields, you will begin to create more order - which will allow the Energy Centers to draw upon a greater frequency and information. The result is a more coherent field of energy and information - in and around your body. Now changes in the chemicals, cells, tissues, and organs associated with each center can begin to take place!
