Note: This is an Advanced Meditation. Dr. Joe asks that you please practice the Blessings of the Energy Centers I, II, III, IV, and V meditations first because each meditation builds upon the previous one.

This meditation builds on all previous meditations and introduces a new breath, so please read the instructions on the inside of this CD before beginning the meditation. Included in the instructions is a step-by-step guide as to what you will be doing during the meditation, why you will be doing it, and how it is different from the previous Blessing of the Energy Centers meditations.
The Blessing of the Energy Centers is one of Dr. Joe’s most popular meditations.
